From a Small Shop to Connecting Global Markets
Good Stuff Impex is more than a name; it's a promise built on a partnership that began not in a boardroom, but in a childhood friendship. Co-founders Muzammil and Sulthan Shahul Hameed, friends since their early school days, walked a shared path—through classrooms, through their MBA studies, and into the professional world. For four years, they honed their skills in both corporate and start-up environments, gathering invaluable lessons in business, resilience, and market dynamics.
Yet, the entrepreneurial spirit they shared called for something of their own. In 2017, with a leap of faith and the pivotal support of Sultan's brother, Mr. Raja Mohamed, who provided the initial funding, they opened a small men's garment shop.
This humble beginning was their first real venture into the world of trade—a hands-on education in quality, customer relationships, and the fundamentals of supply and demand. That shop was more than a business; it was the proving ground for their shared vision.
Driven by bigger ambitions and a desire to bridge markets, they formally channelled their collective experience into Good Stuff Impex, incorporating the company in 2021. This marked the strategic evolution from local retail to global trade.
But every great journey needs a guide. Ours found one in Mr. Rizwan Mohammed (Sait), a visionary leader and respected philanthropist with over 25 years of profound experience across exports, construction, and retail. His mentorship has been our compass. Under his generous guidance and strategic wisdom, we have transformed raw ambition into a structured, ethical, and growth-oriented export practice.
